Trekking Holidays in Fishermen's Trail
Rota Vicentina
A guided adventure along the wildest coastline in Portugal
Recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the six most beautiful coastal hiking routes in the world, the Fishermen’s Trail, part of the Rota Vicentina, is an unforgettable trekking experience along the coastline of the Algarve and Alentejo: dramatic cliffs, secret beaches, seaside villages and landscapes that stay with you for a lifetime.
Over 115 km, we follow the ancient paths once used by local fishermen and shellfish gatherers, from the charming village of Zambujeira do Mar to the mythical Cape St. Vincent, where the land meets the infinite Atlantic.
On this journey, we walk in small groups, guided by experienced local guides who share stories, nature insights, cultural heritage and the hidden secrets of this unique coastline between the Alentejo and the Algarve.
