Local guide
Contract type: Freelance / collaboration
Location: Algarve

At Quimera Travel Experiences, we are looking for a Guide to join our network of collaborators.
Main responsibilities

Leading guided visits, walks and thematic experiences.

Providing local support in the organisation and delivery of programmes.

Sharing knowledge about the territory, culture and nature.
Profile we are looking for
-
Certification or registration as a guide / tourism animation company.
-
In-depth knowledge of the region where you operate.

University degree in Tourism, Biology or Nature Guiding (preferred).

Fluency in English (other languages are an asset).

Enjoyment of walking and outdoor activities.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of experience-based tourism.

Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Ability to work well in a team and build positive working relationships.

High standards of ethics, integrity and respect for the relationships of trust built with clients and partners.
