Traditional Cheese Dairy

In the middle of Barrocal Algarvio, in a village near Salir, there is a cheese factory that is dedicated to the production of fresh goat cheese in a traditional way. With this experience you will have the opportunity to learn and participate in the whole process, from milking the goats to making your own cheese. Milking starts very early at 8am and activity continues throughout the morning. In the end there will be a tasting of fresh goat cheese with honey. Delicious!
